SolarSizer ("the App") is developed by nickkerDroid as an offline-first engineering calculation tool for photovoltaic and battery energy storage system sizing. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict architectural commitment to user privacy, complete data minimization, and total on-device isolation.

1. No Data Collection

SolarSizer does not collect, harvest, store, transmit, or monitor any personal information, device data, location data, usage statistics, analytics, or behavioral telemetry.

• No Accounts: The App requires no sign-in, account creation, username, password, email address, or third-party authentication.
• No Internet Permission: The App's Android manifest declares zero network permissions (android.permission.INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and ACCESS_WIFI_STATE are completely absent). The App is technically incapable of establishing a network connection or sending data off your device.
• No Third-Party SDKs: The App contains no advertising networks, no analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), and no crash-reporting libraries that upload diagnostic telemetry.
• No Cookies or Tracking Identifiers: No advertising IDs, hardware serial numbers, IMEI identifiers, or tracking tokens are generated, accessed, or stored.

2. On-Device Storage & User Control

All system configurations, load audit inventories, project inputs, design variants, and user-defined constant overrides are stored exclusively within local application-private storage on the user's physical device:

• OS Auto-Backup Disabled: In compliance with Architectural Decision Record ADR-0031, Android auto-backup (android:allowBackup="false") is explicitly disabled. Your engineering calculations and project data are never uploaded to automated cloud backup services.
• User-Directed Export Only: Project summaries, print-ready PDF reports, and JSON backup archives are generated and exported only when explicitly initiated by the user via the platform print service or the Android Storage Access Framework (SAF). The destination of any export is entirely under user control.

3. Children's Privacy

SolarSizer does not address or collect information from children under the age of 13. The App is a specialized technical engineering calculation tool intended for solar professionals, electricians, installers, and adult DIY designers.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Because SolarSizer is 100% offline and collects no data whatsoever, this privacy policy is static. Any future revisions will be published at the Google PlayStore listing of this application.
